Competitions & Rules

You must be a registered attendee to enter and vote in all competitions. Entry into all competitions is free and open to instructors and attendees. Each registered attendee will receive one ballot for each competition in their registration packet. Keep up with these ballots because if you lose them you will not be allowed to get a replacement ballot and will not be able to vote.

Balloon Twisting Competition

This is a timed competition. Contestants will have 20 minutes to make their sculpture. All competitors will compete at the same time and must work alone. No balloons may be pre-inflated prior to the start of the competition. Ballots will be collected and counted at the end of the contest. First, second and third place winners will be announced after the second class session on Tuesday.

Face Painting Competition

This is a timed competition. Contestants will have 20 minutes to paint their design on a model of their choosing. All competitors will compete at the same time and must work alone. More than 1 design may be painted during the time limit, however, only one entry per contestant will be allowed. Ballots will be collected and counted at the end of the contest. First, second and third place winners will be announced after the second class session on Tuesday.
